We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. However, if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  1. Standard Products
    For non-personalized items, if you wish to return your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your product. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  2. Personalized Products
    Due to the custom nature of personalized items, these cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged on arrival. If your personalized item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with a picture of the defect or damage.
  3. Shipping Costs for Returns
    You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Late or Missing Refunds
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Each of our handcrafted, personalized gifts is made to order. As a result, each product requires a specific lead time to prepare before it can be shipped. This is the time that our artisans need to craft your product and personalize it, if applicable.

Before making a purchase, please carefully note the listed lead time for each product. This information is mentioned in the product description on the product’s individual page. The lead time does not include shipping time, which will vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
